02. PICK A LOCATION
We'll collaborate closely to scout for the optimal location for your shoot! Your input and suggestions are highly valued and welcomed.
Drawing on my expertise as a professional location scout, I'm dedicated to pinpointing the ideal backdrop to capture the desired mood. Ensuring everyone's satisfaction with the final result is my top priority.
03. SORT OUT TIMELINE
We'll work together to coordinate the ideal time and date for your shoot, ensuring everyone's availability and convenience are prioritized throughout the planning process. Your schedule and preferences will be carefully considered to ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience.
04. OUTFITS
I love embracing themed aesthetics in our photos as it adds a delightful touch of intentionality and harmony. This effortlessly blends with the ambience and vibe of the shoot's surroundings.
I'd be more than delighted to provide a curated mood board featuring outfits that harmonize seamlessly with both the chosen location and the desired mood of the shoot. It's all about ensuring we tailor every aspect to perfectly suit your preferences and vision.
05. LOGISTICS
I typically aim to arrive at the location a few minutes ahead of our scheduled meeting time to ensure that everything is meticulously planned for a seamless and enjoyable shoot. This allows me to coordinate the logistics effectively, ensuring a smooth workflow and ultimately creating an environment where we can all enjoy the process together.
06. EXTRA DETAILS
After the shoot, you can anticipate receiving an email approximately 3-4 weeks later, containing a personalized link to your exclusive gallery. Within this gallery, you and your loved ones will have access to high-quality images, ready for download and effortless sharing

Are the travel expenses included in your packages or covered additionally?
Travel expenses are covered up to 25km radius but if the client requires a location that is further away, additional costs will be added.
Where will we receive our photos?
You will receive an email with a personal link to your personal gallery where you are able to like and share with your friends and family. You will also be able to download your photos in its highest quality.
How long does it take to receive the photos after our shoot?
It normally takes 3-4 weeks for you to receive your photos back, if you require your photos in a shorter timeframe, we can organise that for you at an additional cost.
What if we choose to cancel our shoot?
If you cancel your shoot a 48 hrs prior to the shoot a cancelation fee will be charged.
