FAQ
Are the travel expenses included in your packages or covered additionally?
Travel expenses are covered up to 25km radius but if the client requires a location that is further away, additional costs will be added
Where will we receive our photos?
You will receive an email with a personal link to your personal gallery where you are able to like and share with your friends and family. You will also be able to downlaod your photos in its highest quality
How long does it take to receive the photos after our shoot?
It normally takes 3-4 weeks for you to receive your photos back, if you require your photos in a shorter timeframe, we can organise that for you at an additional cost.
What if we choose to cancel our shoot?
If you cancel your shoot 48 hrs prior to the shoot a cancelation fee will be charged
